“Silencer Central is thrilled to attend and sponsor the NWTF Convention and Sport Show,” said Brandon Maddox, CEO of Silencer Central. “We understand the mission of the NWTF and its dedication to the conservation of the wild turkey and the preservation of our hunting heritage. By bringing two new hunting suppressors to Nashville ― the new Banish 46 and Banish 338 — we know we’ll reach an audience and showcase the benefits of hunting suppressed.”

As a Gobbler Sponsor, Silencer Central — America’s largest suppressor dealer — will be a sponsor of Friday’s Awards Dinner. They also will be hosting seminars with Melissa Bachman on Friday and Saturday to discuss suppressor use for hunting as well as navigating the process for purchasing suppressors.

“We are pleased to welcome Silencer Central into our flock of partners,” said Natalia Daniels, NWTF national director of corporate relations and licensing. “Though Silencer Central is a new convention sponsor, they have been supporting our banquets over the last two years. We are excited about expanding the partnership.”

The NWTF Convention and Sport Show is set to begin Thursday, Feb. 17 with the Rendezvous sessions, the Kickoff Party and the opening of the Sport Show floor, which features more than 400 of the best exhibitors in the outdoor industry. The NWTF Sport Show runs from Thursday to Saturday in the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center. Convention festivities conclude with a worship service on Sunday, Feb. 20.

About the National Wild Turkey Federation
When the National Wild Turkey Federation was founded in 1973, there were about 1.3 million wild turkeys in North America. After decades of work, that number hit a historic high of almost 7 million turkeys. To succeed, the NWTF stood behind science-based conservation and hunters' rights. Today, the NWTF is focused on the future of hunting and conservation through its Save the Habitat. Save the Hunt. initiative. Since 2012, this 10-year initiative has already eclipsed goals of conserving or enhancing more than 4 million acres of essential wildlife habitat, recruiting or retaining more than 1.5 million hunters and opening access to more than 500,000 acres for hunting and other recreation opportunities. This critical work will continue to impact wildlife habitat and our great outdoors in the final years of the initiative.

About Silencer Central
Silencer Central started its illustrious journey in 2005 as South Dakota Silencer, an events-based business, created with the goal of reaching the underserved hunting and sport shooting market by simplifying the silencer ownership process. It became Dakota Silencer, and finally rebranded as Silencer Central after expanding its simplified process in August 2020 to all 42 states where silencers are lawful. Silencer Central makes it simple to purchase a silencer by managing the entire buying process for the consumer, providing a free NFA Gun Trust, offering interest-free payment options, and shipping directly to their front door, once approved.
