“Country Outdoors is based in Nashville and celebrates hunting and country music, so this show always has a special place in our hearts,” said Mary O’Neill Phillips. “We truly missed the convention last year, so to be able to participate as a sponsor for the 2022 Convention is a major highlight for the brand. We hope that the entertainment we bring to the show lifts everyone's spirits and gets them excited for turkey season. We look forward to meeting everyone at the Pub Crawl and at booth 2B!"

As a Gobbler Sponsor, Country Outdoors — a brand that celebrates all things country and the great outdoors — is a sponsor for Wednesday’s Pub Crawl featuring live music from Nashville-based singers and songwriters. Country Outdoors also will occupy booth 2B in the exhibit hall with more live music and podcasts for attendees to enjoy.

“We are excited to welcome Country Outdoors as a sponsor,” said Natalia Daniels, NWTF national director of corporate relations and licensing. “We are excited to gather the flock in Nashville again, and Country Outdoors will definitely add to the fun.”

The NWTF Convention and Sport Show will feature two events on Wednesday, Feb. 16: the Pub Crawl and the NWTF Foundation’s Conservation Aid Concert. Thursday, Feb. 17 includes the Rendezvous sessions, the Kickoff Party and the opening of the Sport Show floor, which features more than 400 of the best vendors in the outdoor industry. The NWTF Sport Show runs from Thursday to Saturday in the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center. Convention festivities conclude with a worship service on Sunday, Feb. 20.

About the National Wild Turkey Federation
When the National Wild Turkey Federation was founded in 1973, there were about 1.3 million wild turkeys in North America. After decades of work, that number hit a historic high of almost 7 million turkeys. To succeed, the NWTF stood behind science-based conservation and hunters' rights. Today, the NWTF is focused on the future of hunting and conservation through its Save the Habitat. Save the Hunt. initiative. Since 2012, this 10-year initiative has already eclipsed goals of conserving or enhancing more than 4 million acres of essential wildlife habitat, recruiting or retaining more than 1.5 million hunters and opening access to more than 500,000 acres for hunting and other recreation opportunities. This critical work will continue to impact wildlife habitat and our great outdoors in the final years of the initiative.
